Getting back into collecting after almost 10 years. What is the most “worth it” product on epacks right now?

The 2 best product on e-pack right now are 18-19 upper deck series 1 and 2, 18-19 was a good rookie class, young guns are by far the most popular cards in the hobby.

Are the only high interest cards going to be the Young Guns or do the Jersey/Autos have any chance of being worth much?

If your goal is resale value you're better off avoiding e-pack entirely. Any product sold on e-pack has lower resale value because of the direct pipeline to COMC. Way more supply than demand for anything other than the highest end pulls.

No not "only", I said most popular.

There's gonna be interest for other cards but it depends on the players, hockey cards like anything else is a question of supply and demand, an auto or a jersey of a mediocre player is worth 1 or 2 bucks because there's no demand.

I personally like SPGU better than series 1/2. OPC Platinum is another nice product. Hold off on MVP until they do a sale
