The Winnipeg Jets are pretty stacked on offence and with no big names on defense. Somehow they are winning a lot of one goal games with what looks like an overall team defense first type of system. Hellebuyck has been rock solid so that is a big factor.
As for the Leafs, what is the difference? Is it that they are playing the wrong style? I think 4 players taking 40 M of the cap is the biggest factor. The rest of the team just isn't that good, and the 4 star players are not dominating,

lets see if Keefe can them to play D in their own end.
Not a leafs fan, surprised at how they are playing.

Well there you go. Not a Leafs fan but I am glad I don't have to hear this guys name yakked about over and over on TSN anymore. Babcock this, Babbcock that...augh!
It sounds like he was too stuck in his ways. In the NHL I imagine you have to adapt quickly or perish.

Big news today with the Babcock firing. Surprised on the timing (I would have thought they would have waited until the end of this big road trip), but it's done. Now we can start fresh with Sheldon Keefe. I'm a happy Leafs fan today. Let's turn this ship around!
