2001-02 (01/02) UD Top Shelf Hockey Hobby Box Break | 4 HITS!
Ccccracked another box of UD Top Shelf. Last time I did the 02/03. This time it was the Nash/Kovalchuk/Zetterberg rookie class. Just a really nice product, promising a goalie gear (gloves, pads, etc.), stick, and jersey. No guaranteed auto though. But long shots at a piece of net, as well as the #/100 auto. Very Modano fwd product. Really enjoyed this break. Must dodge some redemptions though.
Note that the top rookies are under 1% odds (!), because they are only #/100, compared to the lesser known prospects #/900.
Configuration:
-3 Cards Per Pack; 12 Packs Per Box
-Base Set: 90 cards
-Rookie Action Set: 72 Cards
#/900, #/500. #/100
Box Break:
-1 Goalie Gear; 1 Game-Used Jersey; 1 Game-Used Stick
Key Rookies include:
P. Dupuis; Bryzgalov; Kovalchuk; Blackburn; Cole; Datsyuk; Marcel Hossa; Torres; Weiss; Erat; Chistov (red.); Nash (red.); Zetterberg (red.); Spezza (red.); etc.
Also enjoy the box topper pack.

I love these jersey cards with a swatch having the shape of a Stanley cup. Your box was loaded!

Agreed. A few products have done those Cup shaped swatches. I wish they did that more. The goalie mask shape is just as cool.
