2006-07 UD Artifacts Hockey Hobby Box Break | AN INSERT EVERY PACK
People loooove dumping on Artifacts. But, the hobby boxes typically deliver fair value. Often overlooked are the mid-2000s boxes. I've always enjoyed them.

Look for (3) Game-Used Memorabilia Cards, (1) Auto-Facts Signature Card, and (1) Rookie Redemption Card per box on average.
Look for Artifacts Rookies numbered to 999 or less.
Key (expired) rookie redemptions include Evgeni Malkin, Jordan Staal, Anze Kopitar, Guillaume Latendresse, Paul Stastny, Phil Kessel, Alexander Radulov, and many more.

I remember opening a couple packs of this back in the days. The dual Oilers jersey is sweet! :)

I feel products like 2000s Artifacts and SPx have always done a great job of celebrating dynasties through dual jerseys, etc. The inclusion of legends is probably what I enjoy most about the hobby. Where it falls down a bit is lesser known franchise players. This is why I actually like Chronology. UD secured the rights to NHL alumni players, which broadens the hobby to semi-legends, as opposed to just legends, stars and semi-stars.
