There is a hard limit of 5 from the usual selection process, then the contributor and seniors enshrinees will be part of the Hall of Fame's Centennial Class that will include 10 seniors, three contributors and two coaches.

    Here's my ranking of them:

    1. Troy Polamalu
    2. Alan Faneca
    3. Reggie Wayne
    4. Zach Thomas
    5. Isaac Bruce
    6. Steve Hutchinson
    7. Richard Seymour
    8. Edgerrin James
    9. Torry Holt
    10. John Lynch
    11. Leroy Butler
    12. Sam Mills
    13. Steve Atwater
    14. Bryant Young
    15. Tony Boselli

For me you could flip Lynch and Butler, they are neck and neck. Holt's eligibility is hurt by Bruce's continued presence on the list as they almost cancel each other out. Mills and below I think will always miss the cut. Holt through Butler are edge cases. James should be in.

I'm not certain why Ken Anderson keeps getting overlooked. That dude deserves serious consideration.

I agree. I find some if the nominees odd. I can't figure out if the committe really likes the 30's and 50's era Packers, or if they picked some if these guys because they now the regular senior committee will not in the future. Or, maybe they really wanted most if those 15 post war players to get in, so they watered down a little.

Not sure why guys like Anderson, Maxie Baughan, Charley Connerly, Jim Marshall, Ken Riley, Bobby Boyd, joe Jacoby, Darryl Lamonica or Harold Jackson did not make the cut. Maybe they are not all HOF caliber, but I can make an argument for some if these guys over those who were picked. But, i guess that is why i did not get asked to he on the committee.

The results are in for the 2020 HOF Centennial Class. I must say, i am surprised by a few of these.

    Duke Slater
    Mac Speedie
    Bobby Dillon
    Ed Sprinkle
    Alex Karras
    Winston Hill
    Harold Carmichael
    Ciff Harris
    Donnie Shell
    Jim Covert

    Coaches:
    Bill Cowher
    Jimmy Johnson

    Contrinutors:
    Steve Sabol
    George Young
    Paul Tagliabu

I went 6/10 on my player predictions. Very surprised that Covert and Sprinkle were selected ahead of Nobis, Craig, Branch, Wistert or Pearson. And i have been surprised from the onset of the finalist list that not 1 player from the AFL was considered, other than Winston Hill. So many great players from that league who are more than deserving of the recognition. I guess the NFL is still not ready to give them their due.

Now to hunt down a few if these new inductees for my HOF Rookie Pc!
