I'm sure they could, as it's a good idea, but the sizing would probably come into play also. If Topps makes anything resembling a standard hockey card size, even with a removable adhesive backing, you better beleive Upper Deck would have something to say about it as that would cut into their market share.Jhonas Enroth Card Collector & Host of the Hidden Content

Easy enough to make "stickers" that are a little bigger or smaller than a standard card. Hell, if they work with the toploader manufacturers they could launch them together.

Sizing them smaller wouldn't be a problem at all. Bigger than normal cards usually present a problem though. Mini cards are well collected but oversized stuff is usually shunned.
