Unopened packs/sets from the 90s

My first post on this forum and I'm pretty new to collecting so bear with me, I use Paypal only and I'm looking to offload all of this so the more you buy the better. I'm pretty flexible on these prices and would like to move them as a lot if possible (don't be afraid to send offers).
