I don't collect Paul Molitor per se, but have a great interest in past Twins as I worked for the ballclub f/1998-2011. If you'd like to trade for those Mauers, just add some Molitors you may have of more recent vintage (in the 2000's), along w/Miguel Sano, Danny Santana and Jorge Polanco whom I helped to sign on my many trips to the Dominican. Try to even it out and we'll make a deal. FYI the Molitors I have in the 2000's are:
    00F Club 3000 NNO
    00UD Why 3K? # 64
    02Fall Classic w/Lou Brock # 100

How awesome! This is definitely a jealousy post. I've been a Twins fan since I was 9 yrs old. Grew up in SW Iowa listening to scratchy old AM radio stations from WHO in Des Moines and WNAX out of Yankton and cheering on the Twins. Live 7+ hrs away from Minneapolis now (NE) but still try to get to a couple of games every year. Used to love heading up to the Dome for the Twins autograph party. I've been to the Target Field autograph party once and do not care for the new set up at all but I know its easier/better for the players.
Way too many memories from trips to see the Twins to try to share in a post.

Anyway..... give a little time here and I will put together something for you. Have a great day.

    Rick--

Thx for the post. My days w/the Twins go back to when Terry Ryan and I played against each other in the Midwest League in 1973--he a LHP for the Wisconsin Rapids Twins and me a RHP for the Clinton Pilots (Tigers farm team). I became Dir of Scouting for the NY Mets in 1980 and who had just become an area scout for the Mets, but...one Terry Ryan! So he worked for me for a few years then became Dir of Scouting for the Twins in 1984 and later the GM where I then worked for him. I now live in the Philly area and he works for the Phillies.
Wanted to mention 1 correction to the Joe Mauer list I gave you; The 08T Xlist card # 778 should be 08UD instead of Topps. The Topps series only runs to 660, so forgive my error.
Thx for your history of your Twins involvement. They are still a well run organization. I'll wait to hear f/you.

My best story is going to a Saturday morning Metrodome tour and then getting locked "inside" the Dome!

Same, been a Twins fan since the family moved to Minnesota in 1980, wasn't quite 8 yet, but felt that instant connection with the team. the autograph parties, TwinsFest, 3 to 5 games a year...love it. Now that I am in the Milwaukee area and only about a 10 minute drive from Miller Park, I have attended way more Brewers games but the Twins still hold the top spot for me. My brother will also usually get me a ticket to the Winter Caravan when it stops in Winona for Christmas.

That's awesome. I love listening to the baseball stories that everyone has. Only made it to one of the Caravans (Yankton) years ago. School/coaching usually conflict. Still have the Kirby's set aside for you. Digging through and cleaning I forgot that I had a whole binder full of Kirby cards. Nothing great but if you have a want list or a haves list I'd be more than happy to look through it as time allows. Rick

I sent at PM earlier, but could only find the Ripken. Is that enough for the two Puckett? if not let me know. As for the others depending on the years, 80's and early 90's I have most of the base, need ALOT of the oddball stuff. I do have a partial need list but will try to put together a list of what I have for you. Also I think I remember you from the Bench, but I had posted over there a thread going over each decade of the history of the team (best hitting and pitching year and ten best position players and pitchers for each decade, based on a scoring system I made) but also had a post on my favorite Twins memory.

Here is what we have so far.

    You need:

    2017 Panni Kirby Puckett Season Stat Line #184 #'d 129/234 $20

    I need:
2019 Topps Gallery Masterpieces Cal Ripken $5
