8-Pack Box From Target

First time I've been in a Target in 3 months. They had a big sign up saying due to the demand all baseball, football and basketball cards are limited to 2 items per person. Only there was nothing left from those sports except this repack box of baseball cards. I thought these things were $12.99 but it rang up $17.99. Obviously they marked them up because of the demand. I wonder if things will go back to normal any time soon.
