WTT: 100 Different Stamps (1800s-1960s) for Baseball or Football

THANKS for the quick reply. No problem. However, not everything goes UP in value. I've seen baseball cards go down over time (other sports may also, but I don't collect them). On "ANTIQUES ROAD SHOW" I've seen many items go down, from their original "value" to a closer time now. Also, like you said in post #1 about not collecting (nor knowing the "value"), I don't collect "stamps" (nor know their "values"). You may want to consider putting on POST #1 the least in "value" you'd want for them. Hope you can get what you want. Have a good night, Rodney

NOTE: A great example of "going down" in value I think was either a 1992 or 1993 TOPPS Brien Taylor (I think that was his name) "RC". He was a draft of the YANKEES. His first card had a "value" of $80 (and he hadn't even made it to the MLB). His 'value" went almost totally after an injury. I don't think he ever made it to the MLB. That cards "value" went down very quickly down to approximately seventy five (.75) cents.

Based on the little research I've done, I couldn't imagine stamps falling into one of these cateogires or following the trajectory of Brien Taylor (nor did they have any bad games). Just searching a few of them on auction sites tells me that much.
I don't necessarily care about getting a high value or even retail value, but I do know I don't want 5-10% of the original value in return.
