So it's a reprint? This is really confusing - check out the back of the card:
I've been trying to figure out how a card manufactured by Star - who evidently was in business for like one year could have a Topps refractor cover.

@GARouse- I imagine Topps must have acquired the rights to Star Company products at some point in time. All of the reprints in the industry make things extremely confusing.
