Trying to nail down pack nserts fro the 1980's...a comprehensive list

My first post here and I am glad to be here. Thank you for letting me part of this community!

I have recently gotten back into collecting after a long hiatus. I mostly collect complete sets, but since I was buying packs in the 80's, I am interested in all the available inserts from the companies during that time, before inserts REALLY took off in the 90's. Here is what I have so far. If anyone has anything to add or if I am missing anything, please feel free to add or correct me. Thank you very much for your help and I hope this can eventually be "The Definitive List" that we can all refer back to. To be clear, I am referring only to inserts that were found in regular issue base packs, not separate mini-sets such as "Donruss Highlights" or "Fleer League Leaders" that came by themselves as a set in their own boxes.
