Quarterly Grading Special -
SCF is proud to announce the new Graded Card Forum1. pre-1970 Cards - Any Vintage cards manufactured before 1970 (1969 and later), any sport/non-sport (BV less than $99)
In response to this, I am willing to send in a large submissions for the various quarterly grading specials!!!!!
(Stealing the post from @Joshmets31) Here is how this will work
PSA Has the following specials for this quarter (July/August/September) https://www.psacard.com/specials/
The specials are as follows:
2. Yu Gi Oh Cards (BV Less than $99)
3. Center fielders - cards of Mike Trout and Ken Griffey Jr. only (BV less than $499)
4. The Jordan Years (Basketball 1990-1999) (BV less than $99)
20 card minimum for all grading specials
Here's how this will work:
Step 1. Post the cards you plan to send in in the thread and under which special. I am only allowing one card of the same person per SCF Member. I will create a trade with the pricing, then send the cards to me.
Step 2. Once I receive the payment and the cards from all the SCF members, I will send in PSA submission. (Mostly near the end of the special deadline.)
Step 3. Wait....and Wait some more. Unfortunately, with Covid, PSA is WAY behind.
Step 4. Once the grades "pop" I will let everyone know their grades (if they want to know)
Step 5. Once I receive the cards from PSA, I will do a live or recorded "Break" and post show it or post it live on SCF!
Step 6. I will package the cards up to send to you, you pay shipping back to you and then the transaction is complete!!!!!
Pricing is different per special. Example: This quarter pre-1970 cards are $8.50 a card. Centerfielders are $10 a card. I also will add a small fee. I am not trying to make money on this, but it is a lot of time and cost on my end to pay for the PSA membership.
Details
These specials require a minimum amount of cards in the submission. If we don't get enough cards for a submission, Then I will not be sending one in. The quarterly specials are usually around 20-25 cards. That isn't very many. Bulk submission grading is 50-100 and is usually more expensive than the grading special!
PSA is really behind. I sent cards in for last quarters grading special. The cards were shipped to PSA on on June 19 - they HAVE NOT even been entered into the PSA grading system as of yet. No really.
Cards must be shipped in "Card Saver" holders. PSA has a great video on how to mail your cards. If you want me to supply the Card Saver Holder and penny sleeve, no problem, but again, it will be a slight fee.
Unfortunately Grading Specials have some limitations on which cards can be sent in. For example, the pre-1970 special only allows cards that have a BV under $99. So you won't be grading your Mickey Mantle cards under this special. Ask me prior to doing the special about any limitations.
Exact Return Shipping Costs From Me To You (First Class, Priority Flat Rate Bubble Mailer, Priority Flat Rate Medium/Large Box. Return Shipping costs will be calculated once cards are ready to ship back.
***DISCLAIMER***

You must not have any negative or neutral feedback within the last 6 months, had any disputes opened up against you that were not resolved, or a No Buying/Selling/Trading tag. If you do PLEASE PM me to discuss the matter before submitting cards for grading.
What is your cost?:
Specific to this thread: pre-1970 cards - $10 a card and return shipping. Centerfielders - $11.50 a card plus return shipping. Jordan Years 10.50 a card.
FYI - this extra money also covers the shipping and the required insurance from me to PSA. (Card savers are extra.)
-EXACT Return shipping from me to you (shipping costs to be calculated and paid for once cards are back and ready to ship)
-Add 3% If paying PayPal Goods
How will this work?:
Pretty simple, list your cards in this thread using the layout I have provided below including your username, yes/no $ of insurance, how you plan to pay, minimum grades, qualifiers, and declared value for each card (for PSA). Once you are ready, post your cards, and let me know that you are ready for me to post them in the trade manager. I will post them in the trade manger with the total amount due. Send your cards and send over payment to the address and PayPal provided.
What types of cards can I submit?:
Changes per special and larger holder may incur an extra fee.
Declared value must be $99 or less, except for Centerfielders with has a $499 value limit. ALSO it is upto PSA whether or not they UP THE SERVICE LEVEL for the particular card which may cause an INCREASED PRICE/SURCHARGE (RANGES FROM $25-$75+) WHICH YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR so please be aware of this before sending in higher value cards.
Available for non-autographed trading cards or post-1998 manufacturer authenticated auto cards only. Please contact me beofre sending autos, as autos may not be allowed under the quarterly specials.
DECLARED VALUE EXPLAINED: You are welcome to send in a card worth more but you are at risk if PSA damages the card they will only insure it up to the $99. ALSO it is at the digression of PSA whether or not they UP THE SERVICE level for the particular card which may cause an INCREASED PRICE AND FEE BETWEEN $25-$75 or more, so please be aware of this before sending in higher value cards. Please be smart about what you send it so be aware you may have to pay for the higher service level, we haven't had any issues but I just want everyone to know.
What if I submit a card and it doesn't get graded?:
If PSA looks at your card and it is determined that your card is not genuine "fake" or as been altered in any way (trimmed, colored, etc.) they will not grade it. Since they have to look at the card to determine this they still charge the per card price regardless of no grading. This will not be refunded. If they state they didn't grade it for another reason then your amount will be refunded if they charged us to begin with.
If you decide to put a minimum grade on a card and the card does NOT meet the minimum grade, PSA will NOT encase the card, but will still charge the normal grading fee.
When do I ship my cards & when do I pay?:
Cards and payments are due the day of the submission deadline. I’ll get cards and totals posted in trade manager once you are ready. You are responsible to pay the total fees within a week of the deadline.
Im in North Carolina plan accordingly and if you see a Hurricane on the map..Send your stuff quick. I live in a coastal community and will ship asap if a storm is approaching.
How can I pay for my submission?:
Accepted forms of payment are PayPal or cash at your own risk.
How are you expected to ship your cards?:
Please send your cards, each in a Card Saver, with Cardboard at the front and back protecting it. I advise shipping in a small box with bubble wrap; but a padded mailer will work if you use adequate protection. You are responsible for your own cards getting to me so send in manner that makes you comfortable. i.e. padded mailer, box/bubble wrap, insurance, priority, first class, etc.
*******If you do not ship in a card saver (or include card savers for your cards) it will cost $0.20 per card saver I need to provide.... I will have to transfer it into a Card before sending into PSA....I can't stress this part enough so please send in card savers or I will have to add this on*******
How many cards can you submit?:
Members may submit Unlimited amount.
Can I submit the same card as another member?:
I know Joshmets31 allowed this, but at this time, I am not going to allow it until I feel there is a comfortable way to know the cards did not get mixed up.
When Can We Expect The Cards Back?
