Here is an article that would apply to your card a little.
https://blog.psacard.com/2019/01/11/...-preservation/
and this is a screen shot of one part of that article
Again just my suggestion but I recommend you do not submit the card in that case. According to the article if bad luck is on your side it may not matter anyways.

Appreciate that. Like I said the card came as is I don't know who's case it was,who put it in the case or where they purchased the case from. I am just asking by the look of the card would you pay the silly rediculous price to have it graded. That's it. IF I have it graded I will send it to them whichever way they require.

Your right, my apologies, I was giving information you didn’t ask for. That usually annoys me as well. Based on your comments about sending it exactly as is, I felt compelled to say something.
To answer your question, ya sure I might send it in for grading. It’s a Joe Montana RC. You will be able to get your grading fee back and depending on that you paid for the card might even make a few bucks.
If it was my card...(be prepared, more or less not what you asked)
I would take it out of that case and sell it raw. I am not so sure it’s going to grade very high. Maybe a 8 but 7 or less is my prediction. (Just my personal prediction based on what I see and know)

Thank you. Yeah that's kinda what I was thinking there's pros & cons that both are good arguments for both pros and cons. Due to grading/shipping fees & time lost waiting a lengthy waiting period to get it back is probably going to steer me away from grading it. I appreciate your feedback I value any opinions I get back it helps.
