Here are two posts on how to spot a fake OPC Gretzky. That is too nice to be real and if it is real the price should reflect that its real and they should get it graded because thats a $8000 plus card in that condition.

I'm not an expert but would say there is roughly a 0.2% chance that card is real based on those edges. Either it's a fake card or it has been trimmed - either way I would be very very wary

Looks fake to me:
1. The edges for an OPC card of that era are wrong.
2. The colour on the back is right, but I don't see any texturing. The cardboard from that era was not smooth. This looks like they've printed brown colour on to modern card stock.
