Any info on this Bobby Orr card?

    Hi guys,

My first post. Just found out 9 postcards in my garage, from the NHLPA Pro Star Promotions. All of them in very nice condition. I think this was released in 1971. Bring back a lot of memories !

I have been able to find 8 of them on different sites, but nothing on the 9th, showing Bobby Orr, Yvan Cournoyer and Frank Mahovlich. I am really curious… Is this something rare?

    Thanks !

    Nice looking postcard, anyway.

I don't know anything about them. I think you're right, the year was 1971-72. I did a quick search, but like you: I can't find an example of that one out there.

Value: I have no idea what to even guess.

Can't tell you if they are Rare, but they certainly aren't common -- I have an old Charlton's Catalogue that lists 22 photos, but states that there MAY be others -- there are at least 3 w/Orr and those were the most valuable -- they list the set as dating from '71-72 but the checklist includes photos w/Van playing ATL and Flames didn't join NHL until '72-73, so it could be a multi-year set

there are 3 closed auctions for a similar card from the set, Bobby Orr and Ken Dryden are on it. They sold from $30-$50us. Not the exact card but a reference point I guess
