Topps service caution
All,
When you order on line from TOPPS be very careful of the terms of the order. I ordered (3) Cal Ripken 50 card sets as XMAS gifts on September 3RD.....I received last week 12/5!!! After numerous calls with an average wait time of over an hour and some very unconcerning service reps that used the wording "non-refundable order", I am convinced that on line ordering with TOPPS is an adventure that will test your patience!!!

I purchased 3 boxes of Topps update baseball each containing 1 auto or relic over 1 month ago. One box I did not get a relic or auto. I contacted Topps customer service who indicated they were experiencing severe delays to respond to any emails or inquiries regarding customer assistance. To date I have not gotten a reply. How terrible is that.

Well at least they are consistent.....kind of sad that they can't even get a call center established that is effective and efficient but they take your money very efficiently!!!

I know first hand Topps is running at about 5 percent of their employees and I have several friends that work there and have been out of work fo rmonths. I pass the factory about three times a month and the parking lot is a very sad thing to see.

placed order for Topps Now card and Topps Total pack back in August. The Topps Now card took a month to come in while Topps Total pack came in two weeks later
