Yanks sanchez doesn't get benching.
yea,ok. One of worst defensive catchers, if not worst in baseball. Can't hit anymore, hr or k......and he doesn't get it.
Yanks fan here, tired of .him.
Actually pretty tired of sport, 4hr games.? Analytics, don't let your starter go thru lineup second time,,,,,really?

When you have that much money invested in a guy they will get 2nd chances. As for baseball time....that is what I love about baseball. No time clock. You need to play until the last out.

not that much invested in him......yet. he's gotten worse as a hitter every yr, and not improved defensively at all.

I am a Yankees diehard, but Sanchez has never been one I did a Personal Collection on! I thought the Yankees should of got rid of him a few years ago. Not sure what they will do with Miguel Andujar. The Yankees got other issues to deal with also this year!
BakeFootball: Emmitt Smith and CeeDee Lamb!
Baseball: Aaron Judge/Adley Rutschman/Derek Jeter/Anthony Volpe!
Only collect Football/Baseball cards, but I have lots of Basketball/Hockey cards and set to trade for BB and FB!

I known it's only spring training, but stinking up the place already. Hr or K, hitting solid 170+, still can't field his position

I was hoping that the Yanks would let Sanchez go because he stinks, hitting and catching and they have people who can catch and hit better than him.

I’m not trying to negate other previous comments...but I’m in a deep keeper MLB league and my three catchers are what I always think rock solid: Buster Posey, Gary Sanchez, Adley Rutschman
I love studying player motivation and I think it is common, players struggle in a certain year for whatever reason. Of course they are rich with million dollar contracts so they need an extra motivation within themselves. But I see the rebound season happen often...looks like it could be underway with Gary Sanchez.
Judge says he could be MVP, homers again in his second straight to start the year...at the catcher spot he should give enough at the plate to justify being the starting catcher. Attitude issues notwithstanding so will see if he holds up all year, but his start has been rock solid
