Thanks Don, I did glance at the Super Collector area. I'll probably look to do that after adding some more heavy hitters and crossing the 2/3 completion mark on my checklist. My PC is very heavy on the 93/94-97/98 issues, but drops off a bit after that. I have a good amount of parallels and inserts from 98-03, with several big ticket items, but there are a lot of gaps to be filled yet.

If you have any questions just ask. I also collected very heavily in the 90's. Loved all the crazy parallels before they became the craze like today (prizm's, cracked ice, and all the colors put out by Panini). Guess Pacific was ahead of their time just did not make it popular like Panini has.

Hey, welcome to the site. Growing up a Bruins fan I oddly had a soft spot for Roy. My family had season tickets throughout the 80’s and remember first time I saw him in the ‘86 playoffs. He made a lot of nice saves in the old Garden.

Welcome back to SCF Ryan, hope you are enjoying the site so far! Our Hockey section here is very active, which I am sure you have noticed already. It sounds like you have an amazing Patrick Roy collection. Do you happen to have scans or photos of it at all?

Thanks, I did add a full 85-03 collection scan to my Show & Tell page in that section of the forum. I've since added more, but am taking a step back from the hobby for a bit after burning myself out on this PC over the last year. I plan to come back in the (somewhat) near future, sitting at just over 65% of my checklist, but my wallet (and my wife) don't appreciate the prices right now.

That is quite the accomplishment. Enjoy your reprieve until the bug of collecting starts again. Granted, the priced are definitely at a all time high.
