The pricing above includes shipping from me to PSA, return shipping and insurance from PSA to me, packaging supplies, and something for the time spent logging, sorting, shipping, etc.

Exact Return Shipping Costs From Me To You (First Class, Priority Flat Rate Bubbler Mailer, Priority Flat Rate Medium/Large Box. Return Shipping costs will be calculated once cards are ready to ship back.

Please remember the $499 max value. PSA is picky and sometimes will upcharge certain high value cards. This upcharge fee can be as low as $25 and as high as $75 -$200 etc if you are sending in cards worth much more then what it is actually valued at. Luckily we have only had a few cards get hit by upcharges but be aware.

I will be offering a basic cleaning service at a cost of $1 per card as well as a full cleaning + assess for $3.

Basic Cleaning $1 Fee: This will include a micro fiber wipe/cleaning as well as a new Penny Sleeve and Card Saver. If you want a card cleaned please put a (CLEAN) next to the card in your list and make sure to put a post it note on the top loader when shipping. I will not be giving my opinion of grade as I am not a professional grader.

Clean & Assess $3 Fee: This will include a micro fiber wipe/cleaning, an assessment of the card with my opinion of any flaws I am able to notice, my opinion on whether or not I think its worth sending in, and the ability to pull the card back from the sub (I must receive a pull back request within 48 hours of my assessments being sent out or the card will be submitted), as well as a new Penny Sleeve and Card Saver. If you want a card cleaned please put a (C&A or Clean & Assess) next to the card in your list and make sure to put a post it note on the top loader when shipping. I will not be giving my opinion of grade as I am not a professional grader.

**If taking advantage of the clean & assess or basic wipe services, please have your cards out ASAP and MAKE SURE TO STICKY NOTE EACH CARD WITH EITHER CLEAN OR CLEAN/ASSES so that I have time to get everything done before the submission.****

How will this work?:
Pretty simple, list your cards in this thread using the layout I have provided below including your username, yes/no $ of insurance, how you plan to pay, minimum grades, qualifiers, and declared value for each card (for PSA). Once you are ready, post your cards, and let me know that you are ready for my to post them in the trade manager. I will post them in the trade manger with the total amount due. Send your cards and send over payment to the address and PayPal provided.

What types of cards can I submit?:
PSA can grade any Regular or Small-Sized Cards (2-11/16" x 3-13/16" and under). Any year, any set. Autograph Cards must be post 1998 and manfufacturer authenticated.

Declared value must be $499 or less for the You are welcome to send in a card worth more but you are at risk if PSA damages the card they will only insure it up to the $499 for the bulk. ALSO it is at the digression of PSA whether or not they UP THE SERVICE LEVEL for the particular card which may cause an INCREASED PRICE/SURCHARGE (RANGES FROM $25-$75+) WHICH YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR so please be aware of this before sending in higher value cards.

Available for non-autographed trading cards or post-1998 manufacturer authenticated auto cards only.


DECLARED VALUE EXPLAINED: You are welcome to send in a card worth more but you are at risk if PSA damages the card they will only insure it up to the $499 max value. ALSO it is at the digression of PSA whether or not they UP THE SERVICE level for the particular card which may cause an INCREASED PRICE AND FEE BETWEEN $25-$75 or more, so please be aware of this before sending in higher value cards. Please be smart about what you send it so be aware you may have to pay for the higher service level, we haven't had any issues but I just want everyone to know.

What if I submit a card and it doesn't get graded?:
If PSA looks at your card and it is determined that your card is not genuine "fake" or as been altered in any way (trimmed, collared, etc.) they will not grade it. Since they have to look at the card to determine this they still charge the per card price regardless of no grading. This will not be refunded. If they state they didn't grade it for another reason then your amount will be refunded if they charged us to begin with.

If you decide to put a minimum grade on a card and the card does NOT meet the minimum grade, PSA will NOT encase the card, but will still charge the normal grading fee.

When do I ship my cards & when do I pay?:

Cards and payments are due the day of the submission deadline. I’ll get cards and totals posted in trade manager once you are ready. You are responsible to pay the total fees within a week of the deadline.

Im in New York so if shipping from International please PM and we can expedite the process to get your cards out to me earlier if possible.

You can drop off the cards to be in Plainview, New York.


How can I pay for my submission?:
Accepted forms of payment are PayPal Friends, Chase Pay/Zelle, Cash (Insure Your Package Accordingly), Venmo, and PayPal Goods (3% fee)


Any payment method that requires a fee on my end you will be responsible to pay for.

How are you expected to ship your cards?:
Please send your cards, each in a Card Saver, with Cardboard at the front and back protecting it. I advise shipping in a small box with bubble wrap; but a padded mailer will work if you use adequate protection. You are responsible for your own cards getting to me so send in manner that makes you comfortable. i.e. padded mailer, box/bubble wrap, insurance, priority, first class, etc.

*******If you do not ship in a card saver (or include card savers for your cards) it will cost $0.50 per card saver I need to provide (UNLESS YOU ARE USING THE CLEANING SERVICE).... I will have to transfer it into a Card before sending into PSA....I can't stress this part enough so please send in card savers or I will have to add this on*******

How many cards can you submit?:
Members may submit Unlimited amount.

Can I submit the same card as another member?:

Yes.

When Can We Expect The Cards Back?
Bulk: 6months-12 months
Regular: 3-4 months
Express: 1-2 months

Below are PSA Through Dates. This means that all subs that have been researched and processed as of this date has been graded. This usually takes about 8-14 weeks to get to this process.

​Minimum Grade and Qualifiers
PLEASE PUT MARKING NEXT TO THE DECLARD VALUE, AS WELL AS A POST IT NOTE ON THE CARD SAVER IF YOU WANT (Q) FOR QUALIFERS OR 10 (MG) FOR A MINIMUM GRADEIf you do not place a MG or a Q I will assume you are okay with any grade and that you do not want qualifiers.

If you choose to do so you can mark it Must Grade (minimum grade) "MG10" (must grade 10) If the card does not reach the minimum you selected, they will not encase it but you will STILL be charged the grading fee.

Qualifiers - I will assume that you want No Qualifiers Checked so that you get a straight grade. If you want qualifiers on Please put a "Q" next to any of the cards you would like qualifiers on.

Sweet. I'll have some more going into the next submission as well. 99% of everything I'm grading at this point is for my PC, so I'm just trying to navigate my way through the price increases. Not that the extra money is a deal breaker or anything. It just seems a lot of my stuff that was going in the grading stack might have been on the fringe to begin with. There's still stuff that I want graded no matter what grade they come back as. It's going into my PC so the value isn't so big a deal to me. But there seems to be a lot more now that isn't worth doing especially if it comes back a 9. I don't know, finding myself in a strange place. I know everyone's attitude is different, especially when it comes to his/her PC. Just curious if peoples philosophies have changed at all.

How your feeling is how a lot of people in the hobby are. I had a stack of a few hundred cards that are all questionable to send in now because of the price increase. Im being very picky and only putting in a few fringe cards for every handful of higher end cards I submit. Allows me to still get those cards submitted but helps with the downside risk. Deff change happening in the grading card market.
