This is the Official CGC Grading Trading Care Game Rolling Submission Thread

Post what cards you would like to send in and under what service level. I will be sending out cards to CGC every 2-4 week so once I get your cards they will go in the next submission!

Cards will be insured for shipping to CGC at up to $50 per card based on this pricing. If you would like to purchase additional insurance for shipping from me to CGC it is $1 per $100

The pricing above includes shipping from me to CGC, return shipping and insurance from PSA to me, packaging supplies, and something for the time spent logging, sorting, shipping, etc.

Exact Return Shipping Costs From Me To You (First Class, Priority Flat Rate Bubbler Mailer, Priority Flat Rate Medium/Large Box. Return Shipping costs will be calculated once cards are ready to ship back.

Please remember the $100 max value. CGC may upcharge certain high value cards. This upcharge fee can be as low as $9 and as high as $75 etc if you are sending in cards worth much more then what it is actually valued at. Luckily we have only had a few cards get hit by upcharges but be aware.

I will be offering a basic cleaning service at a cost of $1 per card as well as a full cleaning + assess for $3.

Basic Cleaning $1 Fee: This will include a micro fiber wipe/cleaning as well as a new Penny Sleeve and Card Saver. If you want a card cleaned please put a (CLEAN) next to the card in your list and make sure to put a post it note on the top loader when shipping. I will not be giving my opinion of grade as I am not a professional grader.

Clean & Assess $3 Fee: This will include a micro fiber wipe/cleaning, an assessment of the card with my opinion of any flaws I am able to notice, my opinion on whether or not I think its worth sending in, and the ability to pull the card back from the sub (I must receive a pull back request within 48 hours of my assessments being sent out or the card will be submitted), as well as a new Penny Sleeve and Card Saver. If you want a card cleaned please put a (C&A or Clean & Assess) next to the card in your list and make sure to put a post it note on the top loader when shipping. I will not be giving my opinion of grade as I am not a professional grader.

**If taking advantage of the clean & assess or basic wipe services, please have your cards out ASAP and MAKE SURE TO STICKY NOTE EACH CARD WITH EITHER CLEAN OR CLEAN/ASSES so that I have time to get everything done before the submission.****

You must not have any negative or neutral feedback within the last 6 months, had any disputes opened up against you that were not resolved, or a No Buying/Selling/Trading tag. If you do PLEASE PM me to discuss the matter before submitting cards for grading.

How will this work?:
Pretty simple, list your cards in this thread using the layout I have provided below including your username, yes/no $ of insurance, how you plan to pay. Once you are ready, post your cards, and let me know that you are ready for my to post them in the trade manager. I will post them in the trade manger with the total amount due. Send your cards and send over payment to the address and PayPal provided.

What types of cards can I submit?:

CGC Trading Cards accepts virtually all Pokémon TCG and Magic: The Gathering cards.

CGC Trading Cards also accepts play test Magic cards, "Artist's Alterations" (altered by the artist of the card) and "Artistic Alterations" (altered by anyone in an artful way). Artistically altered cards are generally encapsulated with the Qualified (Green) Label.

At this time, CGC Trading Cards does not accept the following card types:

• Cards larger than standard playing sizes.
• Foreign-language cards not listed here.
• Non-TCG Pokémon cards, such as those made by Topps.
• Cards other than Pokémon or Magic cards.

CGC Trading Cards does not certify counterfeit cards. A counterfeit card is one manufactured by anyone other than the official company that produces it.

Certain cards are deemed not suitable for certification on a case-by-case basis; for example, a card with significant missing pieces or with structural integrity issues.



DECLARED VALUE EXPLAINED: You are welcome to send in a card worth more but you are at risk if CGC damages the card they will only insure it up to the $499 max value. ALSO it is at the digression of whether or not they UP THE SERVICE level for the particular card which may cause an INCREASED PRICE AND FEE BETWEEN $9-$75 or more, so please be aware of this before sending in higher value cards. Please be smart about what you send it so be aware you may have to pay for the higher service level, we haven't had any issues but I just want everyone to know.

What if I submit a card and it doesn't get graded?:
If CGC looks at your card and it is determined that your card is not genuine "fake" or as been altered in any way (trimmed, collared, etc.) they will not grade it. Since they have to look at the card to determine this they still charge the per card price regardless of no grading. This will not be refunded. If they state they didn't grade it for another reason then your amount will be refunded if they charged us to begin with.


When do I ship my cards & when do I pay?:

Cards and payments are due the day of the submission deadline. I’ll get cards and totals posted in trade manager once you are ready. You are responsible to pay the total fees within a week of the deadline.

Im in New York so if shipping from International please PM and we can expedite the process to get your cards out to me earlier if possible.

You can drop off the cards to be in Plainview, New York.


How can I pay for my submission?:
Accepted forms of payment are PayPal Friends, Chase Pay/Zelle, Cash (Insure Your Package Accordingly), Venmo, and PayPal Goods (3% fee)


Any payment method that requires a fee on my end you will be responsible to pay for.

How are you expected to ship your cards?:
Please send your cards, each in a Card Saver, with Cardboard at the front and back protecting it. I advise shipping in a small box with bubble wrap; but a padded mailer will work if you use adequate protection. You are responsible for your own cards getting to me so send in manner that makes you comfortable. i.e. padded mailer, box/bubble wrap, insurance, priority, first class, etc.

*******If you do not ship in a card saver (or include card savers for your cards) it will cost $0.50 per card saver I need to provide (UNLESS YOU ARE USING THE CLEANING SERVICE).... I will have to transfer it into a Card before sending into CGC....I can't stress this part enough so please send in card savers or I will have to add this on*******

How many cards can you submit?:
Members may submit Unlimited amount.

Can I submit the same card as another member?:

Yes.
