Hi,
I have been a card collector for over 30 years. A friend of mine moved away and gave me boxes with a total of about 75,000 cards back in 2005. I opened them up about 6 months ago, and was immediately sucked back into hockey cards. I made a bulk purchase of 100,000 cards and have been sorting them while picking up vintage sets on ebay. If anyone has any idea about a good place to find commons for cheap (90's and up) I appreciate it. Most retailers don't carry cheap commons from the 90's and early 2000's, they are too expensive to buy on ebay (10 cent Parkhurst card for $1 plus $1 ship, no thank you).
Thank you,

Thank you, sorry I was not able to log in for a couple of days. I collect high end too. I like putting together older sets for nostalgia (80's/ 90's), but I also go for some high end. I am currently collecting complete Topps sets, I have most from 69 to 89, and working on mid- early 60's. I have just been having trouble finding commons like Parkhurst '92 cards that aren't so expensive, that I might as well buy a completed set. I know that there isn't any money in those cards, I just do it for fun. Thank you, it is nice to be on a forum for card collecting. I have never actually joined one for cards, and I am looking forward to all the information that other collectors have to share!

Thank you! Trying to figure this site out so that I can start posting more. Quick question. Someone was offering items for sale. I said that I was interested, and they opened a trade and gave me a paypal name. I sent the money, but I asked if there was anything else that I am supposed to do, as I am unfamiliar with this system. The seller has logged on, but does not respond to me. Is there something that I am supposed to do? Am I supposed to provide proof of payment through Paypal? He has logged in, but is not answering and I don't know if he is waiting for something from me.
Thank you!

@poisonlotus i checked the transaction and everything looks good to me. as a new member, you must send first including any money transaction. You did it correctly. The other member will send the cards to the adress mentionned in your profile. hope that helps :)
