Which Modern Baseball complete set is likely to hold more value?

1989 Upperdeck, 2011 Topps Update, 2017 Bowman Chrome, or the Topps 2018 Update?

I'll add this in for consideration --- 2014 Topps Update (deGrom / Mookie)

I'm almost at the point were 89 Upper Deck where I'd call that "vintage" - i'm now in the "get off my lawn" age group i guess

Very easy "?" to answer: The "one" that someone WILL PAY the "MOST" for. It ALL depends on how MUCH someone WANTS, and how MUCH $$$ he/she is WILLING to pay for it. In other words: what is "valuable" to one MAY NOT be that VALUABLE to others. It's just like an AUCTION, the "HIGHEST" payer will make a "set" more "valuable" to himself/herself. So, therefore, the ONE that "gets" the "highest value" is the one that the PAYER is willing to PAY the MOST for.

I supposed the terms Vintage and Modern are relative but for the sake of standardization let's called '89 Upper Deck Modern for the conversation. I suppose
What's Vintage and what's Modern and what do we do with Post WWII can be another lively debate.
