    Really cool facebook transaction !!!!!!!!!!!

    I have been working on the 79-80 OPC set for a year or so now (time seems to blend together nowadays) One of my facebook "buddies" gave me a name to contact. Worked out what I thought was a really good deal and picked up the following:




    Down to needing 14 for the set :) But that's not the cool part......the cool part is who I did the deal with.....





    Yup that Darren Turcotte. Turns out he is a vintage hockey collector. Chatted a bit with him about cards and then got him to send me a couple of his own cards signed....He personalized one to my son Roger but he had it in one of his binders before I could get a pic.

    Darren & his whole Family are awesome!! I met them all in North Bay when Darren was drafted, his Dad owned the card store there & i was in there every day. Very nice people!!
