    Question about shipping

I recently purchased a 1966 Willie Mays and a 1968 Mickey Mantle the agreement was the cards would be sent with tracking. I even included a few dollars extra via Paypal to cover my request. Fast forward 19 days and i was finally informed they were never sent with tracking but a non machine labeled envelope to which i still have not received. What is the custom waiting period i did send paypal with purchase protection to seek a refund. I have had more rotten deals over the last few months then i have had in 25 years.

I don't know the condition of those cards but I'd never really send anything that high end in a "non machine labeled envelope". Every bubble mailer (non PWE) deal I do on this site is sent with DC# because the person can see that it was actually sent and what the post office does with it. It is inexcusable in my opinion to use anything else for a higher end deal.

@pwaldo there were both suppose to be ex-mt. It is pretty sad I must agree what bothers me the most is paying extra for tracking and just a total disregard for my request is crazy and that caliber cards just pwe non machine is crazy
