This week, we are highlighting our Product Manager for graded single cards, Chris Grossi!
In November of 2019, Chris began working as a store associate at our retail store and was promoted to assistant store manager after only a few months! At the retail store, Chris was responsible for the sports card department.
When our store was temporarily shut down due to the pandemic, Chris was relocated to our corporate office and began working with the Hit Parade Card division. His previous experience allowed for an easy transition with HP card products and the confidence to excel in his new role. As he continued to learn about the industry, Chris moved to working full-time as a product manager for HP’s graded single cards.

Chris had always been heavily involved in sports, which sparked an interest in the card industry at an early age. As his love for sports grew, so did his passion for cards. Originally from Ontario, Canada, Chris moved to the US to play Division I collegiate tennis at Niagara University. After college he continued his love for tennis and became a tennis coach and in-house pro at Genesis Health Clubs in Kansas . Although he enjoyed his time teaching the game he loved, his interest in the sports card industry continued to grow.

Over the past three years, Chris had the opportunity to grow and learn within the company at a rapid pace. His own personal knowledge as well as the evolution and growth within the industry has been an eye opening experience for him. Although the ever-changing market brings challenges, it drives Chris to be successful.

When asked about what inspires him to be the best at his job, Chris notes that the continued growth and ever changing landscape of the card industry keeps him motivated to learn everyday to help provide our customers the best products possible.
Chris has been very fortunate for all of the experiences and opportunities he’s had since working at Dave and Adam’s. His positive attitude and love for the industry is appreciated by his peers. It is no surprise that his favorite achievement was when Hit Parade won “Re-pack product of the year” at the Industry summit. “It was a great achievement for our team to be honored by the “fans” of our products!”
Thank you Chris for all that you do and being our MVP!
