1990-1991 SkyBox Basketball Series II inserts

I recently opened a case of old SkyBox Series II and discovered a most unusal pack. I need any help or insight that a member can share on what I have. This particular pack came from a factory sealed case, a factory sealed box and is still sealed in a double wrapped foil pack. The most prominant distinction is the maroon stripe that encircles the pack on both wrappings. I have included three photos of what I have found. I am very hesitant to open this pack in fear of diminishing its value. My direct contact email is [email protected]

I hope it is a rare pack but likely just a printing error for the pack. This set didn't have inserts and ton of printing errors in the 90s cards that I wouldn't be surprised to see it with a pack wrapper.
