    @wojomaniac13- It might not be the most popular approach, but I still keep my tradelist in Microsoft Word. I make sure all my trades are recorded in the SportsCardForum Trade Manager and I use it to update the tradelist monthly. I then post the tradelist in the trading forum for each major sport. For photos, I scan cards as necessary and post them to albums in SportsCard Forum as well. Some people use Flickr for their photo albums.
    Always Looking for:

    A) Graded Vintage (Pre-1980) (BGS, BVG, PSA, SGC) in all sports
    B) Graded True RC's (No inserts or parallels) (BGS, PSA, SGC) in all sports
    C) Certified Auto and GU cards of players from the 70's and further back in all sports
