LA Dodgers pitcher Trevor Bauer has been ordered to stay at least 100ft away from the woman he allegedly assaulted over the course of two sexual encounters, DailyMail.com can reveal.

The temporary restraining order, which was approved by a judge in Los Angeles on Thursday, also bans the baseball star from contacting her or going anywhere near her San Diego home.

The woman, identified by her lawyer as 'Ms. Hill,' filed for the protective order on Tuesday claiming Bauer had punched and choked her until she lost consciousness during two separate trysts in April and May.

Medical notes in court documents seen by DailyMail.com show she suffered an 'acute head injury' and 'assault by strangulation' following the second assault.

The notes are included in court papers and lay bare the horrific extent of the 27-year-old's injuries, which included two black eyes and severe anal bleeding after she allegedly woke up to find him sodomizing her without consent.

She also suffered facial fractures after being punched and strangled into unconsciousness, bruising to her jaw, and was left with 'persistent headaches.'

Photos obtained by DailyMail.com also show her with a split lower lip and several large abrasions on her cheeks.

According to the woman's account, Bauer apologized after the second violent encounter – telling her: 'I would never do those things to you if it wasn't sexually.'

Bauer, 30, is now being investigated by the Pasadena Police Department over the assault claims after doctors called the cops when the woman was forced to seek medical help.

Bauer has denied the woman's allegations and was due to start for the LA baseball outfit in their game against the Washington Nationals on Sunday.

On Friday the MLB announced he had been placed on paid administrative leave for seven days amid the ongoing investigation.

'MLB's investigation into the allegations made against Trevor Bauer is ongoing,' read a league statement on Friday.

'While no determination in the case has been made, we have made the decision to place Mr. Bauer on seven-day administrative leave effective immediately.

'MLB continues to collect information in our ongoing investigation concurrent with the Pasadena Police Department's active criminal investigation. We will comment further at the appropriate time.'
