Well...
I've have success in how I prepare tthe card before I seal the PWE envelope.......I place the cards in ONE 55 point toploader and then I take one 1/2 inch wide packageing tape piece and then loop the tape to create a double sided sticky tape....... attach the tape to toploader and then attach the other sticky side and place it in the middle area inside the envelope.
