So, apparently I haven't posted here in over 10 years

I signed up for this website in 2006 when I was 16 years old and posted very sporadically until 2010 (mostly trying to give away loose cards I didn't want).

The life got in the way. I started working. I went to college.

And, somehow, 11 years passed between posts.

Well I'm back, for now, hopefully a bit more permanently. You might have seen some of my sites on the Internet. I currently run Alex's Baseball Blog and MiLB Addresses, which is a reincarnation, to some extent, of a website I used to own called Minor League Addresses Plus. I still own Alex's Autographs, but I haven't updated it in a year. I used to run various free autograph giveaway sites, like Free-Autographs.net and Free-Autographs.com, but those only lasted a couple years each. Free-Autographs.net was fun, maybe I'll start that again one day.

I've been fairly active in the collecting communities. Nowadays I mostly ply my trade on SportsCollectors.net, but I used to be a big poster on the SASE Sports Sigs forums and SportsGraphing.com. I just signed up for the SASE Sports Sigs forum again (the owner restarted it before unfortunately passing away), but haven't posted on SportsGraphing in years.

If you like baseball, there's a good chance you've read my posts on Baseball-Fever.com, though I don't post there anymore, either, and read some of my entries on the Baseball Reference Bullpen. If you're a Mets fan, you might have read some of my entries on UltimateMets.com's "Fan Memories" pages.

Let's see where this takes us!

Alex,
Glad to have you on the boards and it nice to see folks who are passionate about the sites. If you really are interested in writing stuff about the Mets or baseball in general and you want to get them on the net lmk and I can put you in touch with some folks who are always looking for articles and such.

As you say it takes time to keep the sites up and going and life always comes in the way it just all about prioritizing what is important. Looks like you enjoy the hobby as well over all the years with all your different sites and effort you put into them.
