Grades Popped.......And they were pretty bad overall compared to recent submissions

Well Here are my latest and last set that was still with PSA...Not very good. Almost of of them are for sale or trade... Keeping the Deion Sanders, the PSA 9 SCore Witten, the Brees RC and the Topps Witten RC....So far.

I usually NEVER get below an 8 and usually even on the number of 8's and 10's with a majority 9's. a 5, a 6, a 7....never....I wouldn't have sent them in. I am going to send in some 78 Dorsetts and a 76 Walter Payton knowing the grades will be lower, but these...nope....bad grades
