Where do I find the sticky outlining the requirements to be a Super Collector here on SCF?

@Perlinger It looks like the requirements have been taken down. I am seeking clarification because I am not sure that this program is accepting new applicants. Used to be, there was a certain threshold you must reach to be considered. For player collectors there was a percentage of unique cards, total items, and distribution between auto/gu/#ed/rc/base. For team collectors it was similar, but more wide ranging. Others were evaluated individually. What did you have in mind?
