Question Tiger Woods Autographed 1996 Walt Disney World Oldsmobile Golf Classic Badge

My dad has a Tiger Woods autographed badge from the Walt Disney World Oldsmobile Golf Classic tournament.

He won this in a silent auction before he became the Tiger we all know today. The badge is still in the same plastic packaging and never opened. The paperwork has been either lost or misplace. What should my dad do to get proper authentication on this? Should he use a third party authentication company like PSA or JSA? Any idea how much this could be worth to a collector? I'm very new to the autograph world and had no idea my dad has had this in his drawer for years.

Have Beckett authenticate it and get a letter. No sticker on it.

GoldenAgeGolfAuctions.com would net you the most at auction
