Adley Rutschman (2019 #1 Draft Pick) is doing great! He is from Oregon State, close to where I live, and he is good!
BakeFootball: Emmitt Smith and CeeDee Lamb!
Baseball: Aaron Judge/Adley Rutschman/Derek Jeter/Anthony Volpe!
Only collect Football/Baseball cards, but I have lots of Basketball/Hockey cards and set to trade for BB and FB!

Wouldn't it really AMAZE most baseball fans if the "BIRDS" made the playoffs (they're close to being one of the six A L teams now), and then won their way to the WORLD SERIES ? It is possible. But it would be impressing, since they ONLY won 52 games last year. They have sure made the 2022 baseball season interesting, since they have won more than they have lost (last year the lost 58 MORE than they have won). Hopefully, with ALL of their YOUNG players, who are doing really good, they'll be the TEAM to watch out for for several years too come.

All that is true, unless they don't pay them. Mancini, lopez, machado.
I actually hope they stay competitive.

Yes, they blew it last night. Gave up their lead with two out on the ASTROS in the ninth, and lost in extra. But as YOGI BERRA said "it ain't over 'til it's over". They haven't yet been eliminated. Overalll, no matter how it ends up, the "BIRDS' have had a really nice season with MANY MANY MANY more wins than last seasons 52.

I think they are running out of time and the Mariners lose and the O's win and then they change! Any way you look at it, they are the surprise of 2022 and I think they will be in the quick of the AL East next year!

Not to mention how tough that League is against Yanks, Jays, Rays and Red Sox. I really don't mind at all that Boston is bottom of the league :)
I'm an hour north of Toronto so you know who I cheer for :)Master List: Hidden Content
