    Mario BGS 9 cross grade?

    Hello everyone.

Just picked up this BGS 9. It's .5 away from a 9.5. Would you risk cracking and re-grading, or cross grading to PSA? Or just leave it alone?

    Depends I would guess.
To me that is a sick card and would be very happy to leave well enough alone. I'm in the keep it forever camp though. If you are just thinking of selling and maximum profit, it might be worth it. Only way to know for certain is to try. Might get very lucky and get a PSA 10, although I think they upped their standards recently.

I would do like the member above and keep it. Of course if you want to roll the dice to make some serious dough why not go for it. Would love to hear how you fare if you do.

Depends on your intentions. If it's for your PC, I would keep that card the way it is. I think that BGS holders are far superior to PSA for their durability.

If you hope to flip the card and make a profit, then I'd submit to PSA and see if you can get a PSA 9 or even a 10.
