For one , a 42yr old having his best year in the last five, and i like the player. Steroid era is not over, and probably will never be entirely.
Any player have an exceptional yr, will be under scrutiny, as unfair as that might be.

Name another 42 year old who's had a season like this,,,,,,,,,oh yea that guy. Probably should be in the Hall, as should this current 42 yr old. Others are.

Yeah there are a couple types of players who benefit from steroid use because they really aren't damaged as much by the penalties as everyone else. Those players are:
-minor league guys trying to make the bigs
-players coming back from a big injury
-players in the final year of a contract looking for a big pay day
-players who are at the end of their career with nothing to lose

Twins holding their player out of lineup. Say it's a hamstring.

Aaron Judge gave it a shot, but I think he was trying to get #62 and the walks added up! But what a year he had! He got 2 out of 3 and the Yankees are in the Playoffs!
BakeFootball: Emmitt Smith and CeeDee Lamb!
Baseball: Aaron Judge/Adley Rutschman/Derek Jeter/Anthony Volpe!
Only collect Football/Baseball cards, but I have lots of Basketball/Hockey cards and set to trade for BB and FB!

Yeah you really can't blame him for not winning a Triple Crown. You can't with anybody but with Judge nobody expects him to be contending for a batting title. He is a power hitter not an average hitter so even getting that close was a win for him and he undoubtedly wanted to get to 62 instead of missing it and winning a Triple Crown. Miguel Cabrera won the Triple Crown a few years back and people shockingly didn't really care for it so it really isn't that big of a deal anymore I guess.
