Ohio State vs Bowling Green
Anyone get to watch this game? I know Ohio State was up late in the game and I guess Bowling Green made a comeback. I know Krenzell and obviously Clarett were both out, but only beating a MAC team by 7 points? Doesn't look good for a repeat!

OSU has got to be the luckiest team this past 1 1/2 years....
and one day, their unbeaten record will be over
Miami should've won that championship game last year

If it wasn't for that bogus pass interference call they would have.

that's what I'm talking about; and I have been rooting against the OSU Buckeyes ever since then.
I cannot believe the refs made that call....
by the way....
Clarett is now suing OSU

osu style of play under tressel is to get a lead and the run the ball and sit on it
they have faced 3 heisem hopefulls only rivers did decent only in the 4th
they could run it up but thats not their style
playing these big teams early will help unlike mich and miami
they will repeat

yep,
I never was impressed that Florida, under Spurrier, used to score 70 points off of non-football schools.
what a joke Spurrier is!

don't make me give everyone the definition of that "call" from the Fiesta Bowl last year, I wish everyone would get their facts straight, he called holding, not pass interference...I was at the damn game...holding on a DB while the ball is in the air (which he did hold him at the very beginning) is an AUTOMATIC PI call, regardless of whether he let go when the ball got there...besides Miami got about a million more gift calls that game then we did

When the ball is in the air to that receiver, unless the ball is uncatchable, it's holding. That penalty was in fact a straight up pass interference call.
It was bogus because the ref threw the flag after he "replayed the play in his head" (his words, not mine). You can't get more bull™™™™ than that.
