Griffey Jr Topps RC help
Looking over some cards I am debating getting graded and I noticed my Griffey card has a pink/violet line inside the black picture frame at the top…does this lower the grading/value of the card? I tried to post this earlier but I think it failed, if not then sorry for the duplicate

I'm pretty sure it will hurt the grade, but I'm not a grading expert so hopefully someone with more expertise will chime in. This card is not his rookie though, it is a second year card. I personally wouldn't grade it, but that is just my opinion. Hope this helps. Thanks.
