2023 Spring Training Thread

Getting some letters ready for this Spring Training. Thought I would start the annual Thread.
Just a heads up for anyone who didn't know. The Braves usually RTS letters to Spring Training. I would wait for the regular season to start to send to them. Also, The Rays are not at their usual training camp. I believe they moved over to the Disney complex this Spring training for some reason. I will post all the players/coacches I am sending to when I get them mailed next month.

Don't bother mailing to Disney, they don't forward mail to the team

However, once ST games start the players will be at the Trop so you can just mail there and maybe have a chance

I've cut back to almost sending nothing these days because players just generally don't answer their mail anymore. Once in awhile a decent prospect will sign through the ST address but the stars don't touch their mail.

@mnbigfoot Is that still the case for the Braves? I thought the last few years (excluding COVID season) they had been getting their mail since they got their new ST complex?

I forgot they had a new facility. Hopefully it works. I am going to try Ron Washington at that new address then!

@mnbigfoot I haven't personally tried the new facility, but I vaguely remember seeing successes from them. I am trying 1-2 of them this year. I think the Rays will have the issue that the Braves used to.
