D&A is a terrible company
They have very poor customer service. I will not do business with them ever again. They treated my 12 year old like absolute crap!

So, what exactly transpired? I mean it helps when one present the facts. I will admit we all have issues where we cannot make a customer happy. I have seen many say great things about them but there is always positive and negative out there. Just wish you shared more of what the issue was. If someone from D&A was to stumble upon this post they could never rectify the situation because you gave no details. Sorry, to hear your son had a horrible experience and hopefully this will not deter him from collecting.

D&A had the opportunity to make this right. They have all the information at hand and chose to "ban me" instead of communicating with the childs father. I cannot share details as this could be an ongoing litigation case. There is a reason i have been a member of this forum for a few years and FINALLY said something. Beware of their customer service staff
