New Member, Big Nolan Ryan fan and baseball fan in general
Hey,
I'm Jessica, just joined the sight. I'm from Texas and love all things baseball.
Love the vintage cards, I have inherited a lot of the junk wax era cards from my dad, but he also left me some 50s and 60s baseball cards as well!
Currently trying to finish off my 2022 Stadium Club set but always on the lookout for cool vintage cards. No theme right now on how I collect vintage cards, just ones I think are nice looking cards and and players who obviously were greats and war heroes (IE Ted Williams and Hank Bauer). As by my username I really like Nolan Ryan, and was fortunate enough to meet him once, seemed like a nice guy!
Some of my favorite cards I have are my '51 Bowman Mantle, 1954 Duke Snider, 1992 Bowman Chipper Jones, '61 Mantle, '61 Marris, '61 and '62 Topps Mays, and '62 Hank Aaron cards.
Goals are to one day own a '56 Topps Mantle and 1953 Topps Mantle (I love the deigns from that year, plus who DOESN'T love Mantle)
