I can't say they are pretty, but it's very creative, and with a super low print run, they will have a solid value.

I think these cards are amazing looking! It brings me back to nostalgic times of... 8 or 16 bit Hockey like Blades of Steel.

However, I think these cards are only cool if they're incredibly limited. I like how they are Easter Eggs in this years allure, and I would not like to see them again except maybe another incredibly low print-run next year as well with another batch of 16 players. Would be cool if this insert set was a one-off or a limited ongoing series over a total of 3 years with like 50 players total.

Neat looking. I probably won't pick any up since there are no Red Wings (I heard there was an awful looking Bertuzzi but he ain't a wing anymore)

Not my thing, but hey, I appreciate the effort in coming up with something cool and rare. I think a lot of people will love these cards!!

Maybe these will grow on me in the future. Always loved these video games from the 90's..
