It is hit and miss for Walmart in Eastern Pennsylvania. Some stock, some do not. As much as I love ripping packs, I have made a concerted effort not to buy blasters because the odds of getting decent cards are so low. If I want a Walmart / Target exclusive card, I'll look to pick it up on the secondary market.

Only one LCS in the area which is very light when it comes to hockey. My only real option is buying online.

The odds are really not that bad if your chasing young guns. As retail is like what 2 a box or something on average. A hobby box yields like 6 or 8 and cost a lot more lol.

As a example you get the above for like 280 at 14 a blaster then you average what 40 young guns which would take about 5 boxes of hobby is the price that different? Of course you can not get hobby gloss in retail and other inserts but if it a good rookie young gun class who cares imo.

    they no longer sell cards

Many of us have faced this issue as Seahawks fan stated. People were causing havoc some managers just opted out of having cards in their store. Been dealing with this for years at one Wal-Mart. Sorry, to hear this if you have no other convent Wal-Marts. Luckily, I have two other options that are convent that still carry them.

I have spoken with some Walmart and Target employees they have said they decided to stop selling sports cards for a number of reasons. One big one being pack searchers. The searchers would mangle all the displays looking hit packs. They also said they got too many complaints from other customers about the searchers and even a few altercations between customers. The store managers just didn't want to deal with the headaches.
