A guy walks into a card show...
15 years ago today, on a cold Halifax morning, I walked into the old Forum. And I came out with this. My memory isn't what it used to be, I can't remember if it was Winston or Doug who sold it to me. But that $5 purchase really escalated quickly. LOL
I still have that card. It was the beginning of my jumping back into the hobby. I'd dabbled with the McDonalds cards (yes, kids, before Tim Hortons it was McDonalds who was the biggest set every year that transcended just the hobby) but this was really the start of it all. Few months after that, I discovered SCF and the rest...as they say...is history.
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

Yes it does go fast. I look at the old photo's I taken with many members over the years on my old defunct Photobucket and go man time has flown. A pretty nice return on all the stuff Cary if you bought early.
