    First Time PSA Submitter Question

    Hello,

I'm going to be submitting cards to PSA at a show. I'm wondering if it makes any difference to take photos, or videos, of cards before submitting. I've heard stories of cards getting damaged in the grading process and was wondering if there is any recourse for such incidents. Am I overly worried or is there some validity to it?

    Thanks,
    Brian

Probably depends on the value of the cards. If they are high end and something happens and you have a large enough social media presence PSA will cave and compensate you. Obviously you can't bring back a 1/1 card that gets lost or damaged so keep that in mind as you might end up getting a similar replacement if they are at fault.
