    Yeah, I like both of these suggestions!

    @Shaggy another tag.

    My suggestion would be this.

    1) The address with the most recent successes would be the one that would show up first. As sometimes an old address shows up and folks do not read the all the responses to see it has a few failures or comments telling that the address is no good anymore do to a move etc.

    @doniceage This is one of the biggest gripes I have seen in other TTM groups about SCF. Many people don't realize that (as of now) the most current address is at the bottom of the page. That can definitely lead to confusion and issues with some players. Especially players that have 5+ addresses.

    First off the most current address is not always at the bottom of the page.

    if you look at Keith Van Hirn the most recent address is number two.. I do not know what criteria is used to show which address is shown first. Do you know by chance what the criteria is? Ethan might know offhand after his years of handling the TTM. Could it be better of course but when I posted the announcement on input from folks nothing. Six months plus role by and not one member even chimed in. Not until I sent out a mass pm to every member on the site did I get any input and that was because I pointed out the thread. . Still with the hundreds of folks that use the TTM I think more would chime in even now. Everything that is discussed I share with the owner. Of course when I typed that text he had a coder to make changes that might help make a better TTM forum.

    @doniceage I honestly had no idea about the post you made. Unless I search every single Post and thread I can’t find everything.

    As far as the TTM, what I meant is when I add a new address it goes immediately to the bottom of the players page. So if an active player has played for a bunch of teams, their best address is all the way at the bottom of the page. Obviously this isn’t the case for all individuals, an md I am sure we could all find outliers. But maybe a change could be that when a new address is added, it goes to the top of the page

    There in lies the problem as the site is very large. It is easy to miss a post as many have told me they get overwhelmed with the forums. It easier today as it is a lot slower. Hence, whenever I come to the site I try to look at all the newest post to help me not miss any post. Not a perfect solution but it does definitely help. I do not expect others to do that but it helps me see post that I might want to respond too. I know you missed the post but that particular thread had over a thousand views and no responses. With the mass pm it has over 2000 plus about double in a few weeks. I mentioned the postin the mass pm but did not link it and maybe I should have for more interaction. So, I concur you cannot find everything but as I shared looking at new posts every time you log is manageable since the sight slowed down. Of course some folks only go to one system.

    i understand what you say but herein lies a problem with your logic. Since I handle all the new report a post for the TTM many folks add new addresses and they are not correct. Then they get a few failures and someone will ask me to delete those. So, I really think a better solution is the newest success makes the address move to the top or bottom. Hence, again we have a problem as not only do we get folks who put a valid address such as Ohtani they share it is a valid success. Which means an address you have at the top of a guy that is not going to sign. Also, remember those folks over the year that have put their address for the new hot player to get free cards. It happened numerous times but members get to me eventually and we remove the post.

    Another issue is the fee as many folks charge as it a steady income for older players. When they increase the rates how long does it take to get that information situated properly. As with different addresses you first sure will see this or that price.

    The biggest complaint on my end is folks do not take time. I get literally pm’s, Facebook messages, an occasional e-mails asking me for a specific player. Depending on my time I send the link to the TTM manage and sometimes a link to that particular player. Once you find the TTM module you have to say itis pretty easy to find the player but still takes a few seconds to type itis and hit sumitro get their addresses.

    Another issue is the ttm side of things go down as we all get the errors occasionally. I have thousands of texts, pm’s, and e-mails, when members have an issue. Come back in a few hours if it still an issue lmk as I will call the owner to get it fixed. As we had some bot attacks, ai overloads, etc. when it was down for multiple hours.
    @bigbenjobu
    Scott, how do I make sure you do not miss a thread like this. Just so you know when I sent that mass pm out it took 3 hours. As there are over a 100,000 plus members on SCF. I could do it with one click but it would crash the site so I send it out in batches of 500 at a time. So, that is roughly 200 plus batches I have to send which I guess oils down thoroughly 500 pms a minute.

    Just trying to get as many ideas laid out by TTM members as we had a chance to make it better. Just no one chimed in when the coder was working on the project. So, it is frustrating as we could have made a better TTM module. Just trying to get as much discussion to out a nice list of things together so we can possibly look into this with another coder down the road.

    Hi Don. No suggestions, but I noticed the TTM Manager is giving a PHP error whenever I try to use it on my phone. Are you aware of this, or is it a new problem (or maybe just a me problem).

    Thanks,
    Brad

    Brad,

    There are issues with it and what is exactly causing the error I am not sure. I called the owner and talked to him about it so he was aware that it was happening a few days ago. Of course I just logged into it successfully several times as you typed this. Of course I had had a few errors as well while trying to use the TTM Manager so it not totally down on my end. The owner asked me about specifics and I could not give him any but the text or post I had as I was at work. I am not sure if he took the time to log onto to replicate the issue and then report the issue to his web host. He knows about it and there is nothing I can do besides that. Of course the more information I provide only helps him solve the problem quicker, As, I can say this is the issue with all the specs of the user like in the highlighted below which he has to fill out when he files a issue with the web host. . Thanks for letting me know as a member posted about this a hour ago and I sent a text message to the owner again. Only so much I can do sadly.

    Hope you are doing well!
