The USPS raised shipping prices again?
https://www.wrbl.com/news/usps-initi...cing-increase/
The United States Postal Service has issued price adjustments for the holiday shipping season.
The temporary price changes, which went into effect on Oct. 5, will affect prices on Priority Mail Express, Priority Mail, USPS Ground Advantage and Parcel Select. No other products or services will be affected.
According to the United States Postal Services, the purpose of the price adjustment is to remain competitive and to cover the extra handling costs that come with the holiday season.
USPS says the prices will remain until midnight Central Time on Jan. 18, 2026.
Nothing like having a price increase on October 5th and having news stories about it on October 6th. Nice just giving us the heads up. Anybody mail out anything today and notice a difference?Selling all my cards here updated as of May------------> Hidden Content

I believe this was done last year also. Even with the extra cost, the post office still loses money anyway.
Jesus Said:
"Come Unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.

Read somewhere they were looking into going too fewer days of shipping. I personally would not mind that if it helps bring down mail prices down. Not like I could not wait an extra day or two for a card if they only shipped less days whatever they are looking into. Reliability is a real issue and you would think with AI they could put some dents into that issue.

When did they stop needing approval for a rate hike? Also holiday season for the first week of October? What holiday is that for again?
