2025 Show & Tell Contest - Week 48 - Best Rainbow
Welcome everyone to Week 48 of the 2025 Show & Tell Contest!
Whether you're new or you've been doing this for a few years now, please take a moment to read the Contest announcement thread here:
https://www.sportscardforum.com/thre...p-Tell-Contest!
We've got some new rules, new scoring, and most importantly, new prizes to give out for your participation.
Thank you to our returning sponsors Market Movers by Sports Card Investor for providing this year's prizes once again. Be sure to check them out
We continue the 2025 Contest with a fun one: Best Rainbow (minimum 3 parallels)
Chasing the rainbow isn't just something we do with a pack of Skittles. It's also one of the long-running traditions of the hobby for player collectors to pursue all the parallels of a particular card. These projects can range from a fun side quest to a years-long pursuit depending on how many parallels there are, how scarce some of them are, and how popular the product is on the shelves. If you've got a rainbow, fully completed or most of the way, let's see your best. You'll need a minimum of 3 cards to be eligible for consideration - the more the merrier!
Posting guideline: please ensure that you have proof of ownership in your image. This can be as simple as having your SCF user name on a decoy card alongside your submission. I'll share an example below.
Contest is open to all SCF Members except for myself, fellow TM's, and anyone in the upper management or the voting committee. We can play, but we won't be eligible in the voting rounds.
Reminder about the points & RP available for participation:
How points will be awarded:
3 points for a valid entry
2 points for voting on one of the top three cards in the Voting thread that will be posted early next week
6 point for first place
4 points for second place
2 points for third place
Each entry will earn you 25 Rewards Points. For those not familiar with SCF RP, it's a site currency that can be used to purchase cards from other members, the SCF Rewards Store, and get into special Group Breaks hosted by @doniceage
The winner of each week's contest will be awarded an additional 250RP.
Voting thread for the week will be posted soon, with the new regulations in place
Habs fan and collector! Current PC's: Nick Suzuki, Cole Caufield, and Lane Hutson...., and of course...

I don't have any of these to add for an entry, but nice posts so far!

After 14 years, I finally finished off this Mole 2008-09 Artifacts rainbow, haha. Added the Gold Spectrum /5 recently. Started this side collection in 2011.

This set of 12 cards comes from ITG UM10, and features memorabilia that is over 100 years old. The key card is the 1910, very tough to find. I got lucky and a friend of mine pulled it. There was a frenzy of activity from potential buyers once he showed the card, but he gave me first crack at it.

Hey Al,
I think you misunderstood this week's entry. It is a RAINBOW...which is the same card, but multiple parallels of it. The parallels usually have different color variations...thus the term "rainbow".
Your entry is all the different cards in a subset...none are the same.
Hope that helps.
Great subset though!!!!!!!!
