COMC Shipping Delays?

Back in October I put in a shipping request for about 130 cards I had in my Inventory there. It was originally supposed to ship on or about December 5. But it’s been stuck at 33K items ahead of me for a week and they keep changing the shipping date on a daily basis now.

Is anyone else experiencing slow shipping / delays? It’s not inspiring confidence to start building up another cache right now. Couple that with UD splitting off their EPack role with something called “The Authority” and it makes you wonder what’s going on.

Sorry to hear for a delay especially when you're wanting the stuff for the Holidays to enjoy during your downtime. Hope, they get their issues resolved.

Kept doing it to me as well. The $5 shipping discount really didn't make me feel any better about the delay.

@johnse27 I think I got that one on my prior cashout--they missed it by a day, which is pretty good on them to still give the discount. But this one hasn't even yet achieved Checking & Packing status yet which has me seriously doubting I'll be seeing these cards in 2025.

Over a half million orders on wait? For the love of God higher some more people! How badly do they hate this economy that they can't higher a few more workers? Especially for the Christmas season

I don't think it's orders, just # of cards. It's a weird metric no matter how you slice it.

Could this explain the delays? Extreme flooding is happening in Washington and I know that's where COMC is located.
